Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Morelisa bag. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
14-day money-back guarantee
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund, no questions asked.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any tags and the dust bag, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email support@morelisa.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with the return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit.
Original shipping fees (where charged) are not refundable, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@morelisa.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color or model is to return the item you have and place a new order. If the item you want is still in stock, we will be happy to help you with the exchange by email.
Order not received
If your order has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Email support@morelisa.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the 14-day return process above applies.
